There are factors in the 2017 Proposed Rule that are of concern to providers and Judi and Jennifer discuss some of the top issues: issues relating to eligibility, medical records necessary for admission and Part D. With the comment deadline of June 26 approaching, it's important for all providers to take advantage of this opportunity to provide feedback to CMS before the Wage Index Rule is finalized.
